Researchers from the Medical Research Council rather involved 33 men and women who are overweight. They asked to have breakfast three times in three days with a different portion.

“By limiting calories at breakfast, they could cut the intake of 270 calories a day, ” said researcher Susan Jebb, as quoted by the Daily Mail.
